November 1, 2020 All Saints Homily by Fr. Agustín Guzmán, C.O., Pastor Father told us about the saints being the friends of the Lord. He explained that we don't "pray to the saints", but we pray to God. He explained about the Communion of the Saints, which is a belief of a thin membrane between the saints and the believers here on earth. Asking a saint to pray for us is much the same as asking our friend or neighbor to pray for us. |
