Deacon told us that gifts from God are not only intended to make us feel fulfilled, appreciated, loved, and sometimes just noticed for the good that we have done in our lives, but these gifts from God are gifts that sustain us for everlasting life. This is why we can never beat God's gifts. For many of us our daily lives are centered on obtaining to happiness that God gives us.
