Deacon Walt Hollis Deacon told us that as autumn leaves and changing temperatures signal the end of a season and the beginning of winter, the church on this Sunday invites us to reflect on the end of the world. Though we might not care reflecting on doom and destruction, we cannot allow us to ignore the truth of reality and react to the truth of the Gospel. God's truth has triumphed over evil. Even our youth know that we are to strive to attain heaven. |
