Father told us that when we were baptized, we became disciples in name, but do we live that discipleship? Have we born fruit? We are part of the vine, and through that vine, we receive grace in the body and blood that we receive in communion. But have those graces flown out of us to bear fruit in the world, or stayed within us and dried up? How do we become a fruitful vine? St. John tells us that we do by practicing love.
