Father referred to this mornings Gospel how the greatest gift of all time was God's gift of His son, Jesus. He was given to us that we might have eternal life. This gift requires a response from us. First we have to understand something about this love of God. First, it's a free gift. We cannot earn this love, we cannot buy this love, we cannot bribe God into loving us. All we have to do is respond to this love. Our response can be one of two ways: either acceptance, or rejection. God will never force His love upon us.
