Father asks, "What type of soil are you?" He says we know sin is in the world, and that sin is our own responsibility. He says that Jesus gives us hope, that Jesus is the word that has come down from heaven. He says that the Holy Spirit gives us the gifts that we can become the rich soil to live a holy life.
