February 19, 2017, Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

Father spoke of the scripture telling us to be Holy as the Lord your God is Holy. That it means to be holy every day, not just Sundays, or Holy Days. How are we supposed to? He told us that God has given us grace so that we might withstand the world, and that he has given us the Son. He also tells us of the Psalmist telling us that God is kind and merciful, and that it's a good thing He is, because we all fall short of Holiness.
Also, for Black Awareness Month, Trina Ricks spoke about the life of Dr. Mae Jemison, the first African American woman to go into space.
